The Role We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with group housing customers, developers, architects, and designers. In this role, you will build strong industry connections, develop strategic plans, and ensure top-tier customer service. If you have a passion for sales, relationship-building, and design, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Drive Sales Growth: Identify prospects, build relationships, and grow market share.
Strategic Planning: Create and maintain a 6-month rolling sales plan.
Customer Service: Ensure smooth product delivery and exceptional service.
Build Networks: Collaborate with merchants and third parties to uncover opportunities.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Reporting: Provide monthly reports on sales and market performance.
What You'll Bring Group housing or developer focused experience with established industry contacts or experience in the A&D space, specifying to these customers.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
