You will be responsible for supporting and growing Optic Security's customer base, meeting KPIs along the way. This role will see you travel throughout the Auckland region as opportunities arise, visiting existing, new and potential clients.Skilled at winning new opportunities, you will be tasked with proactively finding and offering solutions for clients, as well as developing business within the existing customer base.Duties include:Prepare and implement effective, customer orientated, sales plans and targets for new customers and prospective clients.Achieve/exceed sales results in line with strategy plan and set KPIs, by achieving/exceeding revenue, margin and market share as outlined.Establish and strengthen customer relationships and promote our business as a primary supplier.Identify and maximize market and customer development opportunities, planned marketing initiatives and programmes are effectively implemented.Who's the Client?As you may know, we (Optic Digital) are part of Optic Security Group (OSG). Knowledge of networked technology would be advantageous.You will have a positive attitude with an unyielding hunger for success. Passion and enthusiasm are key to this role!
