Key Account Manager (KAM) for TAP (The Adviser Platform) The Adviser Platform is looking to grow its Key Client Support and is looking for a client-centric person to join its team.

You'll play a key role in managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring they receive tailored support and training that empowers them to maximize the value of TAP's offerings.

What you'll do The Key Account Manager (KAM) is a critical member of our client relations team, responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key adviser members.
Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored support.
Coordinating and managing the delivery of TAP services to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Providing training and development support to clients, helping them utilize TAP's tools and services effectively.
Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement of TAP's offerings.

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally… Be a team player with a great attitude but also be self-motivated to work independently.
Have experience in account management roles, providing excellent service and support.
Have experience working in the Personal Risk, Investment, Mortgage, or Fire & General Insurance space.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Be proficient in the Google suite.
Be quick to grasp and confident in navigating tech platforms.
