In this exciting role, you'll cultivate robust relationships and spearhead growth and innovation with our customers in the vibrant New Zealand and island markets.
Your mission will be to exceed targets while delivering exceptional customer service and creative thinking to your portfolio of accounts.
This is your chance to shine in a global company celebrated for its great culture, diversity, and inclusion   Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Joint Business Plans and align KPIs between Orora and customers.
Initiate and manage step change projects to drive customer innovation and new product development.
Develop market and customer strategies.
Deliver on customer expectations and Orora commitments by aligning internal resources effectively.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to commercialise them throughout New Zealand and the Pacific Islands Ensure effective contract execution and management for key Craft and Beverage accounts.
Actively participate in the development of joint annual and long-term plans Develop and implement gap closing initiatives, in conjunction with business objectives   About You About You  A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Delivering results and problem solving Negotiation and influencing Planning and execution Analytical ability Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge required   What Else Is Essential What Else is Essential Proven experience in senior account management Strong relationship management skills which support delivering outcomes with the ability to influence key decision-makers Excellent strategic planning and business development skills, with a strong knowledge of market and customer strategies for driving business growth Exceptional communication and presentation skills Highly self-motivated and consistently accountable for achieving targets Ability to work with cross functional teams.
