About the role As the Key Account Manager, you'll drive revenue growth and service excellence through effective management of national commercial accounts, dabble in identifying new commercial opportunities to satisfy your BDM aspirations whilst meeting revenue targets. Your role includes liaising with team members, managing the CRM, arranging reactive work orders, and handling quotes, invoices, and database management. By proactively engaging clients and conducting regular reviews, you'll build strong relationships that foster loyalty and referrals.
