Account & Relationship Management (Banking & Financial Services) Key Account Manager (KAM) for TAP (The Adviser Platform)The Adviser Platform is looking to grow its Key Client Support and is looking for a client centric person to join its team. How you'll make an impact in this roleIn financial services, effective account management is crucial to maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service to clients. You'll play a key role in managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring they receive tailored support and training that empowers them to maximise the value of TAP's offerings. You'll contribute to our vision of being New Zealand's market-leading management platform for financial advisers.What you'll doThe Key Account Manager (KAM) is a critical member of our client relations team, responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key adviser members.
