If you love strategic thinking, crunching numbers, and fostering partnerships, this is the role for you!Your Mission:Take charge of strategic business and account planning to achieve (and smash!) growth and financial targets.Build and nurture meaningful relationships with key accounts, ensuring mutual success.Dive into data—scan, shopper insights, and financials—to craft winning recommendations.Identify new opportunities for products, markets, and partnerships to keep ahead of the game.Drive the full lifecycle of initiatives: planning, execution, forecasting, and analysis.Lead cross-functional collaboration to overcome challenges and deliver impactful solutions.What We're Looking For: We want someone who brings a mix of analytical prowess, strategic insight, and a knack for building connections. Here's a snapshot of your ideal experience and skills:3-5 years experience in account management or business development within FMCG packaged goods.Experience managing the Foodstuffs North Island account.A tertiary qualification in business or a related field is a plus.Stellar communication and influencing abilities.Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of P&L.Proven trade negotiation expertise.Exceptional organisational skills to juggle priorities and deliver on deadlines.Forecasting know-how and a knack for spotting opportunities.Ready to Make Your Mark?
