Reporting to the National Business Manager – Grocery, the Key Account Executive (KAE) will be accountable for enabling the delivery of sales targets, market share targets, and customer strategies to Foodstuffs North Island, Foodstuffs South Island and Woolworths.Tip Top's Sales team is a high-performing, exciting team to be part of and no two days are the same meaning you will have variety and interest in your role.Key responsibilities include:Management of FSNI VMI, and VMI support to Business Manager FSSI as requiredManagement of FSNI co-op/display invoices, ensuring timely completion and accuracy within TPMPromotional support within TPM where requiredManaging short-dated product processes on behalf of the Key Account Team (if applicable)Key Account communication support, as directed by the National Business Manager – GroceryEffective management of the TPM toolAssisting the Key Account Management Team in delivering market share, volume, net sales, and gross margin targetsPositive engagement within the wider Field Sales and Key Account TeamsPositive feedback from field team/stores with communication and direction providedPositive engagement with the key customer stakeholdersWhat you'll bring and developThis is a busy role, so you'll need to be willing to learn fast, be consistently reliable and have a positive attitude to succeed.To be successful in this role you will have:2-3 years' experience as an FMCG Grocery Rep or Key Account Exec preferredProficiency in PowerPoint and ExcelRelevant tertiary qualificationOur storyTip Top has been part of New Zealanders' lives for 80 years and we are proud to still be making the delicious ice cream products that every New Zealander loves.
