DOMINATOR Christchurch Garage Doors supplies, manufactures, repairs, and installs high-quality garage doors, gates, and automation solutions for residential and trade customers across Christchurch. Dominator takes pride in providing the best solutions for their customers and families, from installation to maintenance. We are looking for a dynamic Key Account/Customer Service Representative to represent New Zealand's most recognised garage door brand. About the Role Collaborate and liaise with the operations manager and the field sales teams to schedule and deliver prompt sales quotes and respond quickly to new opportunities. Handle large projects and trade orders with ease, entering job and customer data into the system. Provide exceptional service to the field team, and customers in the showroom and over the phone. Track, monitor and complete follow ups on the progress and completeness of projects and trade jobs. This role is the key point of contact, ensuring all relevant information is shared during the door installation and repair services. Skills and Experience Proven sales and customer service experience over the phone and in a showroom setting, ideally within the construction industry. Experience reading and interpreting architectural plans to support you in generating quotes. Project and job management experience, along with strong organisational skills. Exceptional communication skills via phone, email and in-person in the showroom. Experience with Microsoft Office, learning new systems, and accurately entering key data.
