Then this role might spark your interest. About the Role:We are looking for an experienced senior health professional to lead, design and implement a culturally led and clinically partnered governance framework tailored for our organisation. This is a part-time permanent role (0.4FTE) allowing flexibility for continued practice and work life-balance. Reporting directly to the Kaiwhakahaere Matua - Chief Executive, this unique role sits within the remit of an established and well-connected Executive Management Team.About Us:Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga is a family-focused Kaupapa Maori organisation, built on strong cultural values, based in Hastings. With a workforce of over 480, we have been supporting whanau in achieving their goals and overall wellbeing for more than 39 years. Our organisation has a unique cultural difference, demonstrated in practices of daily karakia, himene and panui to help set the scene for each working day. These differences support our dedicated teams ahead of their daily mahi from rangatahi coaches, teachers, doctors, community support workers, nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, among others.About You: You will be a well-respected, politically astute senior health professional with a proven track record and applied understanding of Maori health issues and the principles of indigenous health care.You will hold a relevant tertiary education in a related field with a minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience and hold a current APC/Medical Indemnity Insurance/Current ACLS certificate. Naturally, your values will align with ours and you will bring strong written and oral communication skills coupled with a proven track record of leading change including the ability to train and facilitate within a diverse workforce. You must hold a current valid full driver's license and be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.  Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
