Kanohi Ki Te Kanohi Team Leader

Take on the challenge of leading the Porirua College wellbeing team.
The team currently consists of a full time and a part time guidance counsellor, a social worker, a youth worker, a nurse and a part time doctor.
The primary purpose of this role is: to oversee the work of the Kanohi ki te Kanohi (K2K) teamto organise the delivery of pastoral care by the K2K team to meet the needs of identified studentsto lead and assist K2K staff in the delivery of pastoral care by the K2K team to meet student needsto manage the resources of the K2K areato develop and maintain effective record keeping and resources for the K2K teamto strategically develop the K2K programmes and pastoral care approachA more extensive job description is available on request.
