You will be the face of our company and be able to provide exceptional administrative support.
Some of your responsibilities would include:
Provide quality administrative support and technical assistance to various departments.Provide distribution of resources through the appropriate booking system.Initiate requisition processes.Support the maintenance of site resources.Develop and maintain positive relationships with kaimahi, external stakeholders and tauira.About you We are looking for someone who has the following:
Certificate in Business Administration or Computing (Level 3).A clean, full NZ Driver's License – preferably able to drive a manual vehicle.An understanding of basic Te Reo Maori phrases, mihi and greetings.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Able to demonstrate being proactive and taking initiative.A willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.Apply today!
