Te Korowai o Ngaruahine is looking for a Kaiwhakahaere Tahuhu to join our team and support the governance functions of our Board of Trustees. The role is critical to ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our governance structures and executive programmes, while ensuring they are aligned with the organisation's strategic goals.Position PurposeAs the Kaiwhakahaere Tahuhu, you will provide high-level secretariat duties, administrative, organisational, and governance support to Te Korowai Board of Trustees, its sub-committees, and senior management.You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of board activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will attend all board hui and carry out minute taking.You will act as a key liaison between the Board and management, ensuring that board meetings are well organised, relevant materials are provided in advance, and governance policies and procedures are followed.
