As a result, this role is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of people and facilities, relationship and contract management, and associated data collection and reporting.About youYou'll bring to this role proven experience as a manager in the property/facilities management space with strengths in building and guiding cohesive teams and lasting relationships.
You'll have a strong understanding of legislation and operating procedures, project management skills, and good data analysis and interpretation capability.
Previous success in a similar role will back this up, and if you have experience managing teams across a broad geographical area, that would also be useful.A full NZ drivers licence is essential.
