About the role Based from our Whangarei campus but responsible for a broad geographic region, the key focus of the Kaiwhakahaere Rawa is to provide facilities and property services leadership within their region, supported by an operations team and maintenance contractors who ensure our campuses are safe for our tauira and kaimahi, compliant, and fit for purpose.
As a result, this role is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of people and facilities, relationship and contract management, and associated data collection and reporting.
About you You'll bring to this role proven experience as a manager in the property/facilities management space with strengths in building and guiding cohesive teams and lasting relationships.
