As the Manager for Educational Delivery, you will need to bring strongleadership and management to a team of kaiako or be willing to grow and developin this space.
This role provides oversight to kaiako programme delivery andeducational experiences for tauira and stakeholders.
You will be part of a teamthat is keen on maintaining and improving tikanga Maori within your whare.This position oversees programme management and delivery to ensureexcellence.
Some of the responsibilities include, covering kaiako in classdelivery, monitoring teaching staff performance, tauira recruitment process,and maintaining accurate academic processes and procedures.
Mou | About youThe ideal candidate is a passionate and capable leader with a commitmentto excellence in educational delivery, a strong understanding of tikanga Maori,and the ability to inspire and support a team of kaiako to achieve outstandingoutcomes for tauira and stakeholders.You will bring with you the following: Fluency iste reo and tikanga MaoriBachelorDegree in Education, Management or CommerceCertificatein Adult Tertiary Education (Level 5)Assessmentand moderation standards (4098, 11281, 18203) or New Zealand Certificate inAssessment Practice (Level 4) Membershipof registration of a professional body if the qualification requires it (,SWRB or Teaching RegistrationFull NewZealand Drivers' LicenseStrongpersonnel skills to work with stakeholders that are essential to the programmessuccess.
