Full time PermanentBased in RotoruaHe angitutanga: About the Role:The Trust Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Trust team in the Rotorua office to manage a portfolio of trusts. The coordinator role must maintain an understanding of the affairs of each trust within the portfolio and ensure high standards of service delivery.Main Responsibilities:Administration of trusts within a defined portfolioCollaboration with team members and other key stakeholders in preparation for owner and trustee meetings, hui, and Maori land court hearingsCreation of meeting materials, including meeting invitations, presentations, reports, and provision of supporting documentationResponding to enquiries from customers and other stakeholdersUpdating core administration systems in accordance with our processesContribute to the preparation of Maori Land Court applicationsMinimum Requirements:At least 2 years of proven experience in a customer service or administration role within a medium to large organisationA genuine care for customers, with exceptional customer service skillsResilience, ability to be flexible, and someone who can think on their feetA friendly and approachable nature; you enjoy being part of a high-performing teamAn ability to build relationships both internally and externally through open and clear communication, both verbal and writtenGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and ExcelExperience or understanding of the rural sector would be beneficialExperience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and/or M365 is a plusPae Tahi- Te Whakahua | A desire and ability to practise correct pronunciation of Te Reo Maori (essential)Pae Tahi- No Ia Ra | An understanding and living of Tikanga Maori on a day-to-day level (essential)Eligibility to work in New Zealand is essentialThis is an opportunity to join a supportive organization that values work-life balance and career development.
