The purpose of this role is to contribute to operational deliverables under the Fast Track Approvals legislation. This role works with the Senior Advisors assessing applications for Ministerial referral, coordinating with multiple agencies and stakeholders to deliver timely and high-quality advice to Ministers.

At least 3 - 5 years' experience in central and/or local government including hands-on experience in processing resource consent applications under the RMA, Fast-track Acts or similar legislation.
Degree in environmental science, resource management, planning, engineering, law or related field, or equivalent experience.
Good machinery of government experience and high attention to detail to support effective governance and delivery.
Whanuitanga Utu a-Tau Salary range
Salary range for this role is $79,598 to $96,372 pa. Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
