While many of the challenges and opportunities we face go beyond national boundaries, together we have the scale, influence, and capability to deliver for our customers, communities, and our people.Job DescriptionOur Kaitaki Wehenga Category Managers look after everything to do with the offering in our Z stores across Aotearoa ensuring that our ranges are up to date, appealing and meet the changing needs of our customers. We are excited to welcome a Kaitaki Wehenga Category Manager to our whanau to manage a key strategic growth category.In this role you will hold end-to-end responsibility for delivering a range of products safely and successfully into our network. This is a true cross functional role that will see you work closely with our retailers, marketing team, suppliers, store development teams and more – your stakeholder management and communication skills will need to be on point to deliver relevant briefs, messaging and updates to a diverse group.Calling on your Category Management skills you will love a deep dive into the data, reviewing the range quarterly, making range adjustments based on data and insights, identifying gaps and opportunities and keeping across promotions and pricing. As well as looking after products in your range you will also guide the sales channels, making recommendations and adjustments as needed.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in our growth and drive customer visitation across the Z network.
