Job Description We are committed to our purpose and strategy and through this mahi are seeking a Kaitaki Kaupapa Matamuri Junior Project Manager to support large complex projects, contributing to the planning, execution and delivery of initiatives within Z. This is a fixed term role for 6 months based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington. We are seeking demonstrated project management experience in a commercial environment with the availability for a quick start and the ability to commit to a fixed term. We work at scale and operate in a rapidly changing environment, if you are seeking a dynamic role focused on delivering value while utilising agile ways of working lets korero. You will have the opportunity to Contribute to project planning and milestones Provide advice on delivery approaches and define objectives, expectations and success criteria Work collaboratively to gather requirements, assess feasibility, define deliverables and ensure integration Communicate project progress and encourage feedback from stakeholders Assist with resource requirements throughout projects and provide reporting Provide guidance and support while fostering an agile mindset and promoting continuous improvement Qualifications What you'll bring to Z Demonstrated experience at least two years' experience of supporting and managing large complex projects proving leadership and governance  A strong stakeholder manager with the ability to identify, plan and implement actions designed to engage a range of people The ability to work collaboratively, to bring others on the journey, foster active participation and build open channels of communication Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, knowledge of Agile would be advantageous Commercial acumen with a lens of a strategic business focus The energy to work with a rapidly changing environment and with ambiguity And of course, you'll be passionate about what matters to Z, embracing and living our values to help us deliver on our aspirations and broader commitment to Aotearoa New Zealand.
