Job Description
We are seeking a Kaitaki Kaupapa Matamuri Junior Project Manager to support large complex projects, contributing to the planning, execution and delivery of initiatives within Z.
This is a fixed term role for 6 months based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington. We are seeking demonstrated project management experience in a commercial environment with the availability for a quick start and the ability to commit to a fixed term.

You will have the opportunity to:
Contribute to project planning and milestones
Provide advice on delivery approaches and define objectives, expectations and success criteria
Work collaboratively to gather requirements, assess feasibility, define deliverables and ensure integration
Communicate project progress and encourage feedback from stakeholders
Assist with resource requirements throughout projects and provide reporting
Provide guidance and support while fostering an agile mindset and promoting continuous improvement
Qualifications
What you'll bring to Z:
At least two years' experience supporting and managing large complex projects demonstrating leadership and governance
A strong stakeholder manager with the ability to engage a range of people
The ability to work collaboratively and foster active participation
Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies; knowledge of Agile would be advantageous
Commercial acumen with a strategic business focus
The energy to work in a rapidly changing environment and with ambiguity

The base salary range for this role is $96,900 to $114,000 per annum, with a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution.
