About this role As our Kairuruku (Programme Manager) – Matauranga Maori, you will support the assigned programme through ensuring the continued support of stakeholders, programme fitness for purpose, compliance, delivery quality, and alignment with Te Wananga o Aotearoa values and strategic objectives. Role details: Kairuruku (Programme Manager) - Matauranga Maori Permanent full-time position Location: Te Awamutu 37.5 hours per week As a Kairuruku (Programme Manager) – Matauranga Maori, you will: Meet with the relevant professional community. Prepare and produce any and all relevant reports. Ensure correct financial planning and the accurate reporting of income/outgoings. Work with sites to ensure programme delivery is of high quality. Plan and deliver training for the Kaiako Investment Training (KIT) hui. About you: We are looking for someone who has the following: Master Degree in a field related to the programme(s) of responsibility. 5+ years' experience in a relevant subject area and 3+ years' adult teaching experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Sound understanding of the NZ Qualifications Framework. Full clean New Zealand Drivers Licence.
