They will also contribute to fostering positive relationships, inspiring trust among stakeholders, making sound decisions based on data and analysis, and leading teams with integrity and accountability.Qualifications and ExperienceA relevant degree or equivalent qualification in social work, public health, gender studies, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing primary prevention programs or initiatives related to sexual abuse and violence.Proven track record in program management, including design, implementation, and evaluation of primary prevention approaches.Experience in collaborating with community stakeholders, organisations, and funders to develop and deliver prevention strategies.
