Asset and Fleet Management Co-Ordinator I Fixed Term, Full Time Ko wai matou I About us Te Puna Ora o Mataatua is one of the leading regional Maori health and wellbeing providers in the country. Established in 1991, Te Puna Ora o Mataatua delivers an integrated range of community health, general medical, homebased and social services within the Mataatua rohe.
He aha te tunga I About the role Our organisation has progressively grown to the point where we now need a dedicated resource to provide expert administration oversight of our assets and resources. There is a significant amount of responsibility that sits with this role including:
Managing, co-ordinating and monitoring vehicle fleet for our organisation Overseeing, booking and issuing of resources and equipment to Kaimahi and external parties Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, contractors and trades people Providing peer assessment and support during external audit processes and reviews Te Poutokomanawa o Te Puna Ora is a framework that underpins everything we do at Te Puna Ora o Mataatua, therefore a strong commitment to the principles and values outlined in the framework is vital. A genuine alignment and commitment to Te Ao Maori principles in the workplace is also important for this role.
