It's an exciting time at Te Kura and we are looking for an innovative and collaborative team leader to join our team in our Masterton regional office.
You will provide leadership and effective management for your team and will be an essential driver within the school for maintaining the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
You'll have an in-depth understanding of Big Picture principles and implementation, great interpersonal skills, and a proven record of managing teams in the education sector, plus a track record of working positively to deliver on organisational strategic direction. You'll manage the teaching team, assist with building a dynamic teaching and learning environment, and ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and pastoral support to our akonga.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with proven experience in Y1-10 and who is keen to further develop their expertise in:
Leadership and management, including performance and staff development
Planning and assessment
Effective relationship management
There is a teaching component to this role, so applicants must be trained teachers with current NZ registration and relevant qualifications.
