We are seeking enthusiastic, skilled kaiako to join our small, dedicated team at Te Kura Reo Rua o Motatau. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to inspire, support, and guide akonga in an environment where Te Reo Maori me ona tikanga are at the heart of the learning process.
Responsibilities: Work together and deliver quality teaching and learning experiences in Te Reo while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
Develop and implement appropriate curriculum plans that integrate te reo Maori and tikanga Maori.
Work collaboratively with staff, whanau, and the wider community to support student learning and development.
Skills Registered kaiako with the New Zealand Education Council and proven teaching experience in Maori medium or bilingual settings.
A passion for ongoing PLD, specifically Pangarau and Te Reo Matatini Literacy.
