We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative leader to join our team as the Junior Team Leader (Y0–3). The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and demonstrate strong relational skills, as well as excellent curriculum and pedagogical knowledge. You will be committed to creating a team culture built on trust, with a sense of humour and the ability to create a warm, positive, and engaging learning environment.
As Junior Team Leader, you will oversee the learning of your team, mentor and support teaching staff, and be an active part of the school's leadership team. The successful candidate will have proven or emerging leadership experience and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with our tamariki, whanau, and local ECEs. Your expertise in curriculum, pedagogy, student achievement, and assessment will be crucial in ensuring the best outcomes for our akonga.
