We have an amazing opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Store Merchandiser to join our busy team based at our Support Office in Napier.
About this exciting role:
The Junior Store Merchandiser at Big Save is responsible for enhancing our in-store visual displays to drive sales and elevate the customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail merchandising, has an exceptional eye for detail, and is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail environment.
This role is based at our Napier Support Office; however, travels regularly to stores from Whangarei to Invercargill. Ideally full-time; however, we can be flexible.

Our ideal Junior Merchandiser will have the following Key Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail merchandising, visual display, or a related field is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
Experience and natural interest in furniture or home décor retail is a plus.
Strong eye for detail and design, with a passion for creating visually appealing displays.
Strong eye for adherence to store standards as per company expectation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with store teams.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel frequently to stores across New Zealand (valid driver's license required).
Ability to lift and move furniture and fixtures as needed to set up displays.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Be available to commit full-time; however, we can be flexible. This is not a WFH role.
