Our team also enjoys the added bonus of guest gratuities.We require the successful candidate to possess the following attributes:An extensive knowledge of and passion for the restaurant industry.The ability to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and role-modelling to your team, whilst allowing space for collaboration.The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests, company owners, co-leaders, team members, suppliers and contractors alike.To display patience, positivity, optimism, resilience, integrity and initiative.Dedication to and focus on providing exceptional guests experience by always striving to exceed expectations.The willingness to respect, manage, maintain and improve the recognised operating systems of the business.Excellent knowledge of software programs such as Google Docs, Word, Excel and email management.Advanced knowledge of cost control measures and the ability to meet agreed financial goals, in particular wages and cost of goods targets.Minimum 1 year experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef.Culinary Qualification.Full time position with set roster and a great work/life balance. Start within the next 3 weeks.Training and familiarisation of systems will be provided as part of your onboarding and familiarisation process.
