About the company: This law firm is well established in the South Island of NZ and acts on behalf of commercial businesses, local and regional government and private clients. With a main office in Otago and a smaller office in Wanaka, they are growing in the region and excited to add to their Wanaka team. Their expertise touches almost every area of law: from resource management, conveyancing, agribusiness, intellectual property and more.
About the role:
Our client is looking for a junior to intermediate senior level solicitor with general practice experience. Your responsibilities will include processing property and conveyancing files and settlements as well as handling trusts, wills and estates.
This is a full time, on-site role but flexible start and finish times would be considered for the right candidate. This firm prides itself on creating a great culture for their staff and fosters a great environment to grow your career in. About You:
The ideal candidate for the role will have:
• A NZ law degree and practicing certificate
• 1-3 years PQE with a focus on property or general practice law
• strong communication skills
• valid NZ working rights
