Junior Site Manager

This is a large developer that executes their own projects as a main contractor. They have a number of projects either under construction or in the planning and consent stages with a solid level of future work on the horizon for 2025.This is an opportunity to grow and learn alongside a Senior Site Manager working across several sites, initially on a contract for 6 months, but if there is mutual satisfaction, a permanent offer will be extended.As a junior site manager, your role will encompass:Subcontractor managementAssisting the SM and PM with day to day running of siteQuality control and assuranceH&S ManagementCouncil, consultant and contractor paperworkYour background as a candidate:1-3+ years commercial site supervisory experienceIdeal experience in sub structure, base builds, structural steel and precast trades and must know trade scopeA trade background is ideal but open to other backgroundsDemonstrated excellent team working skillsA track record working as part of a larger site team in busy work environmentsHave a developed understanding of construction processes and project parametersIn return for your efforts, you will be rewarded with a salary of between $80K - $100K + Benefits.For further information, please call Matt Shortt on 027 5544064 or email your resume to ******: 129089Apply online for this role or contact Matt Shortt for more information.
