Our current junior school team leader has won promotion to a Deputy Principal role, so we are seeking a replacement to join our dedicated staff for 2025. The ideal candidate will be an experienced practitioner with a passion for education and a commitment to fostering high-quality learning.
High expectations for student learning, behaviour and achievement
Excellent organisational and management skills to effectively support and lead our team
A clear vision for leading and inspiring a team of kaiako
Proven ability to drive BSLA (Better Start Literacy Approach) within the team
A real desire to contribute and make a difference in a large multicultural Primary School inclusive of Maori, Samoan, and Niuean bilingual units.
