About the role:
Our Customer Connection team exists to deliver excellent customer experience through providing timely and accurate service to our customers. Ongoing business growth means we are looking for a Junior Sales administrator that can support this team and provide support that will grow and evolve as you learn and develop within the role.
The key responsibilities will be supporting the team with entering sales orders, and quotes into our ERP system, registering customer requirements and support in providing the relevant documentation to both external and internal customers.
Most of the customer interaction is via email, and as a team you will help support cover of the company's 0800 number. You will get the opportunity to develop working knowledge of our product range and technical capabilities. But don't worry if this sounds intimidating, because there is good technical support within the team, and wider business to support any customer's technical requirements and established processes and systems that provide a framework for you to work within. This is an office-based role, located in Upper Hutt alongside our world-class steel processing factory.
