We are a fast-growing and well-respected multi-disciplinary consultancy providing a range of complementary services, including Crown property advisory, land acquisition, disposal, legalisation, planning services and landscape architecture.
We help central and local government agencies, utility providers, corporate and private clients across the country from our offices in Auckland, Hamilton, Hawke's Bay, Wellington, and Christchurch.
Sectors we operate in include roading, rail, housing, gas, electricity, water, education, recreation, and more.
Based out of our Newmarket office, you will work across a range of significant infrastructure projects in Auckland and the surrounding regions, delivering great project and community outcomes for our clients.
We are looking for a highly organised and efficient emerging junior level Property Consultant or graduate who is looking to develop their career in property consultancy.
Previous experience in a property consultancy role is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities

Property due diligence, scoping and research
Supporting the property acquisition process
Preparing client and Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) approval reports
Programming and forecasting for property acquisitions
Reporting and upkeeping of property databases and systems
Engaging with stakeholders and landowners

Skills, Experience and Attributes Required for This Role
The role will suit a property professional with 1 – 2 years' experience who wants to continue to develop and grow their skills, or a highly motivated and talented property graduate who ideally has the skills and experience below or the ability to develop these:

A relevant property or legal related tertiary qualification
Ability to build a strong rapport with stakeholders and show empathy
Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ability to work across multiple projects and tasks
Be accountable and take responsibility for your role and contribution to a project delivered by multiple team members
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Project
Current clean Full Driver's Licence
