IgniteDesign is a tight, but strong international creative agency. We fly under the radar in Aotearoa but punch above our weight overseas. We have worked on award-winning graphics packages for the Rugby World Cup, Disney, Amazon Video and are currently active in the U.S market, working for the CBS news network in New York. With a passionate team we have fun whilst we push the boundaries, innovate, and create with future audiences in mind.
We are looking for a Junior Producer to support the Senior Creative Production Manager on the management of all projects. This includes assisting with budget and resource allocation, timelines, deliverables, and acting as a key point of contact for some clients. This role offers mentorship and training opportunities. Additionally, the role involves coordinating team activities, ensuring smooth communication, and facilitating collaboration within the team.

Key Responsibilities Support the preparation of budgets and quotes under supervision of the Senior Creative Production Manager.
Assist in tracking and updating production timelines and milestones.
Help coordinate production resources.
Assist in managing production tasks from quote to deliverables.
Help organise and maintain the file archive.
Support client interactions under supervision.
Assist in maintaining clear communication.
Attend internal and external meetings, taking and communicating relevant notes.
Act as the primary point of contact for team coordination.
Schedule and organise team meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and followed.
Facilitate effective communication within the team, ensuring all members are informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
Required Skills Experience (1+ years) working in a role that manages people, workflow, budgets and timelines within a creative industry.
A basic knowledge of graphics production.
Some knowledge of graphics production and the creative design process.
Some experience managing budgets.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication, organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Advantageous Skills Interest in creative design including motion graphics, layouts, branding or typography.
Interest in sports or news broadcasting is advantageous but not essential.
Some awareness of creative design software applications.
Some awareness of broadcast graphics systems.
