Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Family Lawyer at Halliwells Lawyers in Hawera. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court proceedings, client consultations, and assisting senior lawyers with case preparation and analysis. The particualr area of focus for this role is in Family Law.
Qualifications
Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Drafting skills
Courtroom Litigation and Case Analysis skills
Client Consultation and Communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Admission to the Bar in New Zealand
Relevant internship or work experience in a law firm
