Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Family Lawyer at Halliwells Lawyers in Hawera. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court proceedings, client consultations, and assisting senior lawyers with case preparation and analysis. The particualr area of focus for this role is in Family Law. QualificationsLegal Research, Legal Writing, and Drafting skillsCourtroom Litigation and Case Analysis skillsClient Consultation and Communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and analytical thinkingAdmission to the Bar in New ZealandRelevant internship or work experience in a law firm
