Junior/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - (Sub-Contractor) Calling subcontractors and suppliers for bids Preparing and submitting tenders or estimates Managing contracts with the project team to ensure cost-effectiveness Letting sub-contract and supplier packages Setting and monitoring project budgets Submitting payment claims and ensuring timely certification and payment Handling bad debts, late payments, and processing invoices Submitting and negotiating variation claims Assisting with extension of time and increased cost claims Settling final accounts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers General: Maintaining professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and merchants Representing the company as a quality, team-oriented builder Attending required meetings and assisting with company operations Key Relationships: Reporting to the Directors Collaborating with Site Managers, Project Managers, and other Quantity Surveyors Qualifications and Experience: Minimum one year experience Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills English and Mandarin speaking advantageous but not essential What We Offer: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Ability to work on both commercial and residential projects Ready to take the next step in your career?
