Junior/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - (Sub-Contractor)

Key Responsibilities: Pre-Tender: Measuring for estimates or tendersCalling subcontractors and suppliers for bidsPreparing and submitting tenders or estimatesPost-Tender: Managing contracts with the project team to ensure cost-effectivenessLetting sub-contract and supplier packagesSetting and monitoring project budgetsSubmitting payment claims and ensuring timely certification and paymentHandling bad debts, late payments, and processing invoicesSubmitting and negotiating variation claimsAssisting with extension of time and increased cost claimsSettling final accounts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliersGeneral: Maintaining professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and merchantsRepresenting the company as a quality, team-oriented builderAttending required meetings and assisting with company operationsKey Relationships: Reporting to the DirectorsCollaborating with Site Managers, Project Managers, and other Quantity SurveyorsQualifications and Experience: Minimum one year experienceBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsTeam player with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsEnglish and Mandarin speaking advantageous but not essentialWhat We Offer: Competitive salaryOpportunities for professional development and career advancementSupportive and collaborative work environmentFlexible working hoursAbility to work on both commercial and residential projectsReady to take the next step in your career?
