MWIS is also proud to be the Office of the Crown Solicitor at Whangarei, and has been since the warrant was established in Northland.We are looking for litigators with criminal law experience to join our supportive and collaborative team as a junior or intermediate Crown Prosecutor.This role is based in Whangarei, where you will be prosecuting a wide range of criminal matters in the District Courts throughout Northland and the High Court in Whangarei.
With appropriate experience, you will have extensive opportunities to conduct jury trials.
You will also appear for the Crown on hearings at all stages of the prosecution process and be responsible for the file work involved in prosecutions allocated to you.
