You will have a strong personality and add much to our team culture.What?Plainly put, you will be the first port of call for clients from across New Zealand who have suffered unjustified actions, mostly dismissals, through the grievance process. You will attend to client queries, assess their situation, and guide them to a solution for their issue. Sometimes it will be general advice; other times, you will commence the grievance process for them, raise a grievance, and see it through to closure - be that as a settlement, mediation, or hearing.A big part of your role will be supporting Senior Advocates, especially by working with clients and compiling their Witness Statements for hearings. You will be drafting Personal Grievances and be responsible for communicating with both clients and employers. The role will be varied and will have significant scope – it will be an excellent opportunity to experience many different aspects of the grievance process.$$$Well, this will depend on you.
