With more than $35 billion in assets under administration, Wellington-Altus is recognized as a top-rated investment dealer in Canada.The opportunity:Reporting to the Associate Vice-President, Central Overlay Group, Operations, the Junior Coordinator, Wealth Products is responsible for supporting data entry for Wellington-Altus advise-based platforms.Key responsibilities include:Supporting operational aspects of Wellington-Altus platforms.Acting as a liaison between internal departments to facilitate communication and resolve operational issues.Supporting research projects to streamline departmental initiatives.Shadowing and assisting with process account setups in internal systems.Collaborating with the Fees department to assist with processing closing fees.Exposing IA teams to operational aspects and compliance regulatory requirements.Assisting with projects and working closely with the department to improve processes.Assisting Wealth Coordinator in preparing project documentation and reports.Providing service support to internal teams while contributing to overall business objectives.Assisting in educating team members on Wealth Products operations and conducting training sessions.Researching and gathering data to develop insights for process improvements.Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient operations.Performing other duties as assigned.The ideal candidate will possess:Pursuing or completed degree/diploma in business administration or similar field.One or more years of experience in a customer service facing environment.Experience in a wealth management firm, retail banking, technology, or financial operations is an asset.High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Experience with Kyndrl, Envestnet, Netrep, or Croesus is an asset.High level of accuracy, accountability, reliability, and adaptability.Commitment to providing extraordinary service.Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Conditions of employment:Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.A background check may be required prior to employment.Wellington-Altus Private Wealth is committed to equity and diversity and welcomes applications from diverse backgrounds.
