Junior Commercial Lawyer | 0-2 Years

We have a unique opportunity for a newly admitted or junior lawyer who has a keen interest in developing their skills as a commercial lawyer.
You may be working in a different area of the law but keen to transfer your skills across to this field also.
Working within modern CBD offices in Palmy, you'd be working within an organisation that puts its people first and where you'll have hands-on work but also mentorship to grow your skills further.Day to day work may include:Commercial contract drafting and negotiations e.g.
supply and distribution agreements, licensing agreements, T&Cs, sponsorship agreements etc.Corporate advisory and governance work e.g.
