Chevron Traffic is a New Zealand owned and operated Traffic Management company devoted to the safety of our workers, clients and the general public.
We provide traffic management services to construction, utility, roading and infrastructure companies and some of the biggest events in New Zealand like Auckland Marathon, Mount Smart Stadium, and Ironman (Taupo), Western Springs Stadium and Hawkes Bay Marathon to name a few.
We are an essential part to keeping our clients working on or near roads and delivering their sites safely.
About this role: After another successful year and as we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Junior Account Manager to our team.
This Account Management role has the primary focus on client relationship building, account management, job booking and scheduling work into our system.
This role will see you partner with and develop relationships with our existing clients and build relationships with new clients.
To succeed in this role you will be self-motivated, detail focused, solution focused and a customer centric individual who is driven by targets and results.
You will strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction with your "under promise, over deliver" philosophy.
This is an entry level role, we will provide the necessary training to be successful in this role.
You will be: Someone who will make this role their own, go the extra mile and ensure high quality work gets done in an efficient manner and builds relationships in the process.
A confident person who can provide solutions to clients.
Excellent in communication and numerical skills, with great attention to detail and able to deal with people at all levels.
Tech savvy, good with computer systems and a quick learner.
Not shy from tough situations and able to work under pressure and tight and often conflicting deadlines.
Having Traffic Management experience is desirable to help you be successful in this position, and a full class 1 drivers licence is a must.
This role isn't for the faint hearted!
