Judicial Personal Assistant | Wellington RegionThanks to your impressive organisational skills and impeccable spelling and grammar, you, together with colleagues, will provide efficient and effective administrative secretarial support to the Tribunal members and other Judicial Officers.
With your demonstrated interpersonal skills and a strong attention to detail, you are confident working alone, as well as being part of a team, effectively prioritising your workflow, so you'll tackle duties such as typing up judgements, keeping records, organising appointments, arranging travel and coordinating meetings with ease.
The Judicial Personal Assistant is also responsible for:Facilitating effective liaison and communication within the PA judicial support team Acting as the key point-of-contact for incoming correspondence, callers and visitorsDealing with matters of a highly confidential and sensitive nature at senior levels throughout the business unit and the MinistryMaximising the Judicial member's ability to carry out their Judicial and extra Judicial responsibilities effectivelyYou will demonstrate the highest level of integrity and have the ability to deal professionally with matters of a highly sensitive and confidential nature.
Additional requirements include:
An accurate audio-typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.A high standard of written English (comprehension, punctuation, spelling and grammar).Composure under pressure and being adaptable.Your goal will be to maximise the Judicial member's ability to carry out their Judicial and extra Judicial responsibilities effectively.

Utu a-tau/SalaryThe appointing salary for this role will be between $58,729 and $80,794 based on skills and experience.
