Journeys Customer Service Safety Network OfficerAs a key member of the Journeys Team, the Customer Service Safety Network Officer plays a vital frontline role, delivering exceptional customer service. This position involves receiving and managing requests for service enquiries from the community, ensuring each is followed through to completion. You will gather information from customers, conduct site visits to investigate issues, and collaborate with the Journeys team to discuss compliant and safety-focused solutions.
