What You'll Be Doing: Workshop Fabrication: Craft high-quality, custom joinery pieces to exact specifications, using your hands-on skills with a range of tools and materials.
On-Site Installations: Take your creations to the next level by installing them with precision and care, ensuring they fit seamlessly into client projects.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any challenges during installation or fabrication, using your knowledge and creativity to get the best results.
Liaise with Clients and Team: Work closely with both the internal team and clients to ensure expectations are met, providing insights and solutions as needed.
Maintain High Standards: From your workshop bench to the final installation, ensure every piece is crafted and installed to the highest standard of workmanship.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in both joinery fabrication and installation , ideally across a range of residential and commercial projects.
Proficiency with all standard woodworking tools and techniques, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to read technical plans, blueprints, and drawings, and translate them into high-quality work.
Strong work ethic with a focus on delivering top-notch results, whether in the workshop or on-site.
Full driver's license and reliable transport, as this role involves regular site visits.
Preferred But Not Essential: Trade qualification in joinery or carpentry.
Experience in high-end or bespoke joinery.
Forklift license or workshop machinery experience (ideal but can be trained).
