Joinery Foreman

At Samuel Martin Ltd, we are looking for an experienced joiner to become part of our growing team.
Ideally, we are seeking someone with the skills to run the workshop and complete installations.
We specialise in both residential and commercial work, striving to deliver high-quality joinery solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Manufacture and installation of joinery Read technical drawings to execute precise measurementsManage other team members and jobs in the workshop Collaborate with other team members to complete projects to a high standardCommunicate with customersOrders required materials Requirements: Proven experience as a joinerProficient in using tools, including a CNC, Laser Edge machines, Cad softwareAbility to problem-solveStong communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical documentsExcellent attention to detail Valid driver's license Salary and benefits will be negotiated based on experience level.
The ideal start date for the job will be in January 2025.
