Due to increasing demand, they are now looking for a skilled and motivated Joiner to join their growing team in Dunedin. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to work in a dynamic, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Manufacture wooden window frames and related joinery products.Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to client specifications and building regulations.Install glass panes, seals, and weatherproofing materials to ensure long-lasting durability.Adhere to project timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks.Maintain high safety and quality standards in all work undertaken.Collaborate with other team members and tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Window Joiner or a relevant trade qualification.Strong skills in woodworking, carpentry, and joinery, with a particular focus on Timber Windows & Doors.Accuracy and a keen eye for detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of the work.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Excellent time management and organisational skills.A willingness to learn, show initiative, and contribute ideas to improve processes.Understanding of and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Strong communication skills (both written and spoken).Safe working practices and a commitment to a tidy, well-maintained work environment.Good physical fitness and health, with the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.Professional appearance and attitude.Eligibility to live and work in New Zealand.A current NZ driver's licence.
