WE ARE ON THE HUNT FOR A KITCHEN JOINER / BUILDER Are you a joiner or perhaps a builder looking for a change?
We are currently seeking a kitchen joiner / builder to join our friendly team in a full-time role.
Hawera Kitchens is a well-established and respected company based in Hawera, South Taranaki.
We pride ourselves on the high-quality service we provide in the design, manufacturing, and installation of kitchens and household joinery.
Your main role will be to install our kitchens onsite when needed, carry out basic building alterations, and work with the production team in our workshop making kitchens, laundries, and wardrobe fit outs.
We have a positive team environment with modern machinery and computer design software to enhance what we do and give us excellent results.
We are looking for someone with the following skills and attributes: Experienced in joinery manufacture and installation would be an advantage.
Ability to read plans and specifications accurately.
Onsite kitchen fitting and installation when required.
Experience with Edge-bander or CNC Router is preferred but not essential.
Great attitude, time management, and communication skills.
Works well in a team environment but can also work solo.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
